Three programmes, each covering a distinct part of household documentation
All offered at a set fee. None is presented as more suitable than another. The right choice depends on what you need — which is yours to determine, with our information.
Back to HomeHow the programmes are structured
Each programme has a fixed scope, a fixed group size and a published fee. None is recommended over another. Participants choose based on their own circumstances, and facilitators do not guide that choice. If a question arises that would require personal advice — legal, financial or otherwise — it is referred to a named professional at the time.
All three programmes are delivered in English and Bahasa Malaysia simultaneously. Written materials are bilingual throughout, with glossary terms cited to published sources in both languages.
Programme 01
Bilingual Household Records Introduction
A three-hour session delivered in English and Bahasa Malaysia covering the documents a Malaysian household ordinarily keeps — what each one is, how it is indexed, stored and shared with the people who may need access. Written for multilingual households and for participants more comfortable in one language than the other. Groups of fifteen.
What is included
Session steps
Document types overview — what a Malaysian household typically holds and how documents are grouped
Indexing and storage — naming conventions, folder structure and how to decide what goes where
Originals and certified copies — which is which, what the difference matters for, and where copies are ordinarily required
RM 515 per participant

Extended Family Coordination Course
A five-week course for extended households coordinating shared responsibilities across several homes. Covers shared calendars, written decision records, expense logs and how to keep an agreed record when many adults are involved. Two hours weekly, groups of ten. Suited to families caring for an older relative jointly, or siblings managing a shared property or business record.
What is included
Course weeks
Shared calendars and scheduling — what to record, where to hold it, who has access
Written decision records — structure, factual language, who signs and where it is kept
Expense logs — what to record, how to categorise and how to share records across households
Data protection — handling personal records under published requirements; what not to share
Closing review — reviewing the coordination workbook and addressing open questions
Facilitators observe process and record structure. They do not resolve disagreements. Any substantive question is referred to an appropriately qualified professional.
