Enquiry records are retained for twelve months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing programme relationship exists. Programme registration records are retained for three years to meet administrative obligations, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 8).

Access to contact and registration records is restricted to the administrative staff who need it to respond to your enquiry or manage your programme registration.
